In partnership with local PGA Professionals, the Alabama–NW Florida Golf Foundation, and golf facilities across our Section, the Assistants’ Summit is a one-of-a-kind event that aims to give back to the next generation of PGA Professionals. Established in 2019, the Assistants’ Summit is designed to provide PGA Professionals and Associates in Assistant-level positions the opportunity to network, learn, collaborate, and exchange ideas. It is an assemblage in one place at one time to help individuals become empowered, drive change, and be sources of light at their facilities and in their communities.
As the Foundation continues to expand, we have prioritized investing back into the careers of future golf industry leaders. We believe these assistant-level positions are crucial to golf operations across our Section in programs ranging from teaching and coaching, golf operations, executive management, and much more.
Boasting a total attendance of 125 over the last three years, the Foundation is poised to continue impacting the careers and development of PGA Professionals in Alabama and the Florida Panhandle.
