The Section will host its annual Special Awards Dinner at Wynlakes Country Club in Montgomery on February 2, 2025. This event is always a highlight of the year as the Section celebrates its outstanding PGA Professionals’ contributions to the Section and the Association.

The final event of the year was one for the books. The 2024 Team Championship was held at Regatta Bay Golf & Yacht Club in Destin, Florida, and ended with two teams at the top of the leaderboard. Patrick Richardson/Brennan Dolnick and Brad Story/Jordan DeBonis finished 20-under par to tie.
