March 27, 2020 – On March 13, it was announced that the 2020 Drive, Chip and Putt National Finals had been postponed due to the impact of the Coronavirus COVID-19. After thoughtful deliberation, and with the guidance of public health experts, the Founding Partners of Drive, Chip & Putt have provided the following update:
We are deeply saddened by the decision to cancel the 2021 qualifying season. We look forward to these events every summer and seeing junior golfers and their families come together around the game of golf. This summer truly will not be the same without seeing our friends at our local and sub-regional qualifiers.

A joint initiative founded in 2013 by the Masters Tournament, United States Golf Association and The PGA of America, Drive, Chip & Putt is a free nationwide junior golf development competition aimed at growing the game by focusing on the three fundamental skills employed in golf.
By tapping into the creative and competitive spirit of boys and girls ages 7 to 15, DCP provides aspiring junior golfers an opportunity to play with their peers in qualifiers around the country. Participants who advance through local, sub-regional and regional qualifying in each age/gender category earn a place in the National Finals, which is conducted at Augusta National Golf Club the Sunday before the Masters Tournament and is broadcasted live by Golf Channel.
Registration for Drive, Chip and Putt is now open. Local qualifying will be available in all 50 states.
