  • Keep things simple and sharp.
  • Use both landscape and portrait setups, creating more depth in your items.
  • Try placing a variety of items around the display area to catch customer’s eyes and bring them to the table.
  • Remember, you only have about two seconds to catch a customer’s attention when they walk into the doors of your golf shop.

Jonathan Gibbons is a six-year PGA Professional who received the Section Merchandiser of the Year Award in the Private category in 2018.  He has served as Head Golf Professional at Greystone Golf & Country Club since 2015 – first at the Legacy course and now serving at the Founders course since 2020.
