DeBonis Wins Fourth Stroke Play
Our fourth Stroke Play Series event of the year was held at Pensacola Country Club.
This was the fourth of six tournaments with players competing for an additional purse based on point totals for the six events.
Jordan DeBonis’ 10-under-par 62 was the low score of the day as he sank 10 birdies and no bogeys. Christian Griffitts’ 5-under-par 67 landed him in second while Bryant Raynowska was a close third, shooting 4-under par.
There was a three-way tie for fourth place with Paul McClure, AJ Forster, and Ben Wood all finishing 3-under par.
Dominic Diaz finished 2-under-par 70, and Travis Johnson and Troy Raybon rounded out those who finished below par at 1-under par.
