18-hole Modified Best Ball Teams – 5 person team, consisting of 1 PGA Professional & 4 Amateurs.

Professionals play their own ball at all times. All players hit a tee shot. The team may select the best drive of the group (including the professional’s drive). From there, each player will play his or her own ball out. The team score will be the combined one low gross and one low net (50% of handicap) score for an overall champion. The same ball may not be used for both Gross and Net scores.

The Alabama Open Pro-Am pairings party is a special event offered to the Pro-Am participants, their guests and ALNWFL PGA professionals. The purpose of the event is to showcase the pairings for the Pro-Am along with a cocktail reception and the opportunity to mix and mingle with players and fellow competitors.
