DESCRIPTION:FORMAT \n18-hole Modified Best Ball Teams – 5 person team\, consisting of 1 PGA Professional & 4 Amateurs. \nProfessionals play their own ball at all times. All players hit a tee shot. The team may select the best drive of the group (including the professional’s drive). From there\, each player will play his or her own ball out. The team score will be the combined one low gross and one low net (50% of handicap) score for an overall champion. The same ball may not be used for both Gross and Net scores. \nPAIRINGS PARTY \nDate: Sunday\, July 19\, 2026\nTime: 6:00 PM\nSite: RTJ @ Capitol Hill – Prattville\, AL \nThe Alabama Open Pro-Am pairings party is a special event offered to the Pro-Am participants\, their guests and ALNWFL PGA professionals. The purpose of the event is to showcase the pairings for the Pro-Am along with a cocktail reception and the opportunity to mix and mingle with players and fellow competitors.

DESCRIPTION:Entry Deadline: July 13\, 2026 at 11:59 PM CDT \nEVENT DETAILS:\nCaddies/Carts: \n\nGolf cart fees are included in the entry fee.\nThere is a maximum of two (2) golf carts per threesome and one (1) cart per twosome.\nCaddies are allowed. However\, if a player has a caddie and the player chooses to ride\, the caddie will NOT be guaranteed a seat.\nWe will NOT take requests for the single cart.\n\nCut: \n\nAll players will play 18-holes on Tuesday and 18-holes on Wednesday.\nThere will be a cut after 36-holes to the low 60 and ties.\n\nPractice Rounds: \n\nPlayers may play one discounted practice round prior to the Alabama Open. It must be arranged by calling RTJ @ Capitol Hill at (334) 285-1114.\n\nELIGIBILITY INFORMATION:\n\nEach amateur participant must reside within the State of Alabama or be a full-time college student attending a College/University/Junior College in the State of Alabama.
